Trainer of 20+years/Gym Manager

 

Terry is a graduate of the Frostburg State University Health and Physical Education Program.

Terry’s experience in the world of fitness and training spans that of  his own personal journey in competitive bodybuilding and marathon running, conditioning athletes, personalizing physical rehabilitation programs for those recovering from injuries and/or surgery, and displays vast experience motivating and mentoring people of all ages- from adolescents to seniors - helping individuals to realize and achieve their personal fitness goals.

Chris Loar

 

8yrs Experience Yoga Instructor, 2yrs Experience Personal Trainer

 

Born and raised in Allegany County, Chris grew up in a Chiropractic household leading an active life climbing trees, swimming, skiing, hiking, biking, rock climbing and more. Chris has traveled the country and lived in Pennsylvania, Missouri and Hawaii, taking in  a lifestyle of yoga, surfing, a vegan diet and a positive mindset.

 

Chris combines his background in motivational speaking, yoga,  adventure sports, weight training and calisthenics to develop complete training programs that incorporate proven methods and techniques with the latest information in healthy, natural bodybuilding and fitness.
